Common things
My skins are missing on the web. Web progress lives in your browser's storage and is separate from the app. Clearing site data clears it. The app keeps yours properly.
A purchase did not appear. Open the shop and use Restore purchases. If it still does not show, email us with the store receipt.
Reporting a leaderboard name. Tap a name on the boards inside the game and choose Report. It hides them for you immediately and sends it to us.
The game will not load in my browser. It needs WebAssembly and about 13 MB. Some privacy extensions block the leaderboard request; the game still plays. Try a private window to rule that out.
